Our Online Loyalty Program allows you to earn points when you make a purchase. The accumulated points can then be used on your future orders, so you can save your skin care products and get your skin looking great! 

Where can I view my Loyalty Points?

Your loyalty points are visible on your account page and your shopping cart page. You must be logged in to view and use your loyalty points.

How do I Redeem Points?

Loyalty Points can be redeemed on the Cart Page, please see below for details on how to apply your points.

  • Cart Page – You will see an option below your products which allows you enter the number of points you wish to apply to your order. You are welcome to enter the full amount or a specific portion of your Just Skin Loyalty Points. Once you have entered the amount – Click ‘Apply.’  The page will then refresh and you will see the amount has been removed from your Total, at the bottom of your order form.

Are there any product restrictions when earning or redeeming points?

You earn points on product purchases.  Gift Vouchers are not included, as these are for treatments at the clinic. We do also restrict coupons and points being used together in one order.

Please note that loyalty points used must also be less than your Cart Total, and we have a limit of deducting R1000 in loyalty points per order.  You don’t earn loyalty points on the order, when you redeem them.

Please note: Loyalty points will expire after 2.5 years (30 months)  if not redeemed.
