Vitamin C should be introduced into your skin care regime in your 30’s, or when initial signs of ageing start to show. It is a key antioxidant that helps fight free radicals, improve collagen production and prevent signs of ageing.
Directions: Apply to cleansed dry skin. Use in the morning or evening. Introduce it gradually into your regime, by using 2 -3 times a week initially.
