The Dermexcel Dermalytic is a powerful, medical strength moisturizing and keratolytic ointment essential for calloused, rough, and dry skin. It exfoliates dead skin cells while restoring moisture to the new cell layer, providing an optimal environment for healthy skin. Enhanced with active ingredients, it doesn’t just cover up dry skin.

It loosens and removes the dry skin, so it’s skin softening and moisturizing ingredients can penetrate the rough skin barrier and visibly help restore healthy skin. The specially designed base in the form of “cream-ointment” does not leave a strong greasiness.

Great for elbows, cracked heels and hands. 

Key Ingredients: Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid, Urea

Application: Apply to dry, cracked, hardened, or callused sections once or twice a day. For best results apply after showering or bathing and cover the area overnight. If sensitivity occurs, discontinue use for a few days and resume treatment every third day or as tolerated.
