The Dermexcel Excelerate is a Salicylic Acid spot treatment. It comes in either a 15% or 30% concentration and offers Keratolytic, as well as Comedolytic action. Salicylic acid is oil soluble, thus making this acid perfect for oily/acne skin that needs deep pore cleansing and loosening of blackheads.

• Its sebumetric effect will regulate sebum production and secretion.
• The Salicylic acid in Excelerate, removes intercellular lipids, resulting in a decrease of cornified cells, followed by activation of epidermal basal cells, and underlying fibroblasts.
• This action, leads to positive alterations in underlying dermal tissue, without directly wounding the skin.
• Excelerate contains anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antifungal properties.

Directions: Apply to cleansed, dry skin, by rolling a single layer on the entire face or to specific areas of concern. Avoid contact with the eyes, eyelids and lips. Use once every two weeks, in the evening and rinse off in the morning. Always use SPF 30 or greater during the day.
