Dermexcel Litaderm Serum
The Dermexcel Litaderm Serum is an advanced skin balancing serum that helps even skin tone. It addresses concerns such as hyper-pigmentation, melasma and rosacea/ redness and offers additional anti-ageing benefits. This light weight serum that is ideal for dehydrated and/ or oily and combination skin prone to breakouts and PIH (post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation).

Key Ingredients: 10% Azelaic Acid, 10% Niacinamide, 4% Arbutin and 1% Bachuchiol.
Directions: Apply to cleansed, dry skin in the evening. Always use a sunblock during the day. This serum can be applied after your retinol serum.
Do not layer with the Glycolic/ Salicylic gels. These can be used on alternate evenings if required.
