The Dermexcel Xtra is a 3-in-1 antimicrobial silicone face and body transdermal sonic device for cleansing, massaging and even applying your skincare products to maximize skin care product penetration and absorption on a cellular level.

The transdermal sonic pulsations technology refers to the 8,000 micro-pulsations per minute channelled through XTRA’s 2,500 soft, silicone touch points.

The cleansing function gently yet deeply purges pores to remove 99.5% dirt, makeup, impurities, excess oil and dead skin cells.

Cleansing Mode Directions:

Apply your usual daily facial cleanser to damp skin.

Choose your preferred cleansing mode using the buttons on the device. Every 15 seconds, pulsation will pause to indicate when to cleanse a new zone.

• Cleanse your chin and cheek using circular movements and repeat on the other side.
• Starting from the centre, cleanse your forehead with gentle outward circular strokes.
• Cleanse the nose by gliding up and down one side, then the other. Delicately cleanse the under-eye region using outward strokes.

Rinse, pat dry and follow with your skin care products.

Massaging Mode Directions:

Double click the centre button to activate the massage/ anti-ageing mode.

Relax your face and press the anti-aging surface (lined surface area of the device) to the following wrinkle-prone areas, where muscle tension can cause worry lines, crow’s feet and laugh lines:

• Region between the eyebrows
• Right temple
• Right nasolabial fold
• Left nasolabial fold
• Left temple

After 1 minute, you will feel the pulsations pause three times in quick succession, indicating the end of massaging / anti-aging routine.
