The QMS Hydrating Toner refreshes and balances the skin restoring the skin’s pH level. It can be used on cleansed dry skin to optimize post product absorption, or over make up throughout the day to boost hydration.

Directions: Apply to dry skin, gently spray over face and neck. Close your eyes whilst doing so.
