The SkinCeuticals Equalizing Toner an alcohol-free toner.  Equalizing Toner helps balance, refresh and restore the skin’s protective pH mantle while removing excess dirt, debris and residue. Formulated with a blend of hydroxy acids, it gently exfoliates dead skin cells as botanical extracts of which hazel, rosemary, aloe and chamomile soften, soothe and balance the skin.
